Bryan Luce is a senior business and financial executive experienced in C-Suite and corporate management, mergers & acquisitions, finance, strategic planning, turnarounds and growth strategies.  Bryan has held officer-level positions in start-up companies, mid-market as well as market-leading Fortune 200 organizations.  Experience in Aviation, Agri-tech, bio-tech, finance, green/clean-tech, manufacturing (multiple sectors), med-tech, plastics, construction, transportation & Logistics, real estate & technology development.

Bryan has participated in more than $1B dollars of acquisition, disposition, debt and equity transactions for a diverse range of companies / sectors nationally and globally.  He is the founder of seven start-up companies and served as a mentor and angel investor to an additional ten successful new company launches.

Mr. Luce attended Paul Smith’s College, and Villanova University, for Business management and accounting. He is a mentor for multiple early stage Incubators, and programs for NYSERDA, and the Clean Tech Open.  Mr Luce is Certified in lean processes, Sig-Sigma, and project management.

Mr. Luce spent over ten years as a volunteer Paramedic, firefighter, EMS and CPR Instructor. Bryan has been a volunteer mentor for the HOSTS (Helping One Student to Succeed) Program and is a youth sport coach and IAABO referee . This married outdoorsman has been a lifelong farmer, enjoys golf, skiing, hiking, fishing and just being a Dad to his two young children.
