In 2013, the Founders of Green Highway, organized a meeting of the top Agricultural and Bioscience academic and research universities in the Northeastern US and Canada.
The goal of the meeting was to open a dialogue directed at the creation of a supra-regional economic development and research alliance that would be unique in the world.
What we discovered was that this region was IP rich, but there was minimal commercialization and even less connectivity to the Companies that could benefit from the potential outcomes of all this world class research.
GreenHighway was formed to be a connective Venture Development Organization (VDO) to bring the TEAM to the IP. We work with a few select innovators to rapidly scale IDEAS into BUSINESSES.
